School-Based Mentorship & Leadership Development

LIFELAB LEAD is a school-based mentorship and leadership development program designed to equip students with the knowledge, character, and life skills necessary to succeed academically, lead responsibly, and thrive in real-world environments.

The program operates on the belief that education must go beyond classroom instruction. While academic achievement is essential, students also need structured guidance in leadership, emotional intelligence, decision-making, integrity, and social responsibility.

LIFELAB LEAD is delivered through mentorship sessions, leadership workshops, peer mentoring structures, service-learning projects, ambassador programs, and experiential activities that connect theory to practice — encouraging students not only to learn concepts but to apply them in real-life situations within their school and community.
