About RMA
What is the Raphael Mentorship Academy?
RMA is a Tanzanian youth leadership and mentorship academy dedicated to raising transformational leaders. Through structured programs, mentorship systems, and strategic partnerships, we equip young people to lead with identity, integrity, and impact.

RMA is based in Dodoma, Tanzania, but serves young people across East Africa — including through our online mentorship and training programs.
Who founded RMA?

RMA operates across 6 strategic pillars: Identity & Personal Development, Leadership & Governance Formation, Mentorship & Discipleship Systems, Cultural & Campus Influence, Online Mentorship & Training, and Institutional & Enterprise Development.
Does RMA offer online programs?
Yes. RMA offers online mentorship cohorts, live virtual training sessions, self-paced leadership courses, and digital accountability circles — making our programs accessible to young people across East Africa and the diaspora.
How long do the programs run?
Program lengths vary. Short intensive workshops run 1–3 days. Mentorship cohorts typically run 3–6 months. Online courses are self-paced. Contact us for details on specific tracks.
Are the programs in English or Swahili?
RMA programs are delivered in both English and Swahili, depending on the context and participant needs.
Applications & Eligibility
Who can apply to RMA programs?
RMA programs are open to young people typically between the ages of 15 and 35. Some tracks are designed for campus students, others for emerging professionals or youth leaders. Check individual program descriptions for specific criteria.

Is there a cost to join?
Some programs are fully sponsored, others have a nominal participation fee. We believe financial limitations should never prevent a qualified young person from accessing leadership development. Reach out and we will work with you.
